IN-PERSON LPF Hypopressives Courses at Health in Motion Physical Therapy and Wellness Bozeman, MT

Learn Low Pressure Fitness Level 1 and 2 hypopressives course in this special 3-day in-person course. This course will combine the Level 1 (typically 2 days) and Level 2 (2 days) in a comprehensive yet accelerated format of learning. Day 1 will be the Level 1 concepts and Day 2 and 3 will expand upon the concepts moving into the dynamic poses and movements.
This 3- day course is instructed by LPF Master Coach Becky Keller, PT, PRPC . This course is focused on both the theoretical and practical application of LPF hypopressives with immediate feedback and correction of the Level 1 technical principles and poses and the Level 2 Dynamic poses. Founder Dr. Tamara Rial, will lecture with pre-recorded videos (sent prior to the course) to discuss the LPF background, anatomy, and abdominopelvic and respiratory pathophysiology.
Practical Contents:
Hypopressives breathing and apnea
Level 1 stationary goddess poses and sequence of module 1 LPF exercises
Level 2 dynamic poses and sequence of the module 2 LPF exercises
Diaphragmatic myofascial release exercises
Breath training progression with use of resistance and breath trainers
Transitions and progressions of module 1 and 2 sequence
Methodological adaptations of module 1 and 2 LPF teaching
Methodology and procedures of Level 1 individual and small group sessions
Level 1 and 2 LPF assessment
No prerequisite training required for this combined course. Course is offered as a bundle of Level 1 and 2.
Course schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm on Friday, 8-4:00pm on Saturday, and 8-3:00pm on Sunday with a lunch break on own. Course certificate will be awarded upon completion of course and participant will have the distinction of being LPF Level 2 trained.
Course will be Hosted at Health in Motion Physical Therapy and Wellness in Bozeman, Montana (Bozeman Fire Station #3 1705 Vaquero Pkwy, Bozeman, MT 59718).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 3 weeks prior to course will receive a refund less $100 administrative fee. Late cancellations will be credited to attend a future course. If course is cancelled, tuition will be refunded in full.
